Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.docs4ubysharlene.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

Due to the fact that fraud happens a lot when clients order digital products then proceed to use the product and do a chargeback after use. Our bank has instructions to not honor or return funds to any client that does a chargeback because if on our end we can simply do a refund after speaking or reaching out to the ordering client.

It is your responsibility to proof-read all documents before submitting to other party. If a client is not satisfied with the order, we do ask that you review your order as soon as received and if an error is on our end, we will fix it and also allow one revision if the error is on your end.
